Henry Ford Health System to offer new patient experience platform in Southeast Michigan.

Reporter Kathy Blake of The Oakland Press shared news today that Henry Ford Health Systems has partnered with accesso to personalize the patient experience using The Experience Engine (TE2) platform.

Henry Ford will use TE2 to provide a comprehensive experience for patient care, from check-in to home-care. The TE2 technology will allow the organization to build patient profiles and have access to concierge service, real-time point of care, wayfinding support and more.

“This is unlike anything we’ve seen before in healthcare,” said Steven N. Kalkanis, M.D., Medical Director, Henry Ford Cancer Institute, and Chairman, Department of Neurosurgery.

Henry Ford will begin using TE2 in Fall 2018, and a full implementation is planned for 2020 when the organization debuts its Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion.
