Leisure industry-inspired tech to help Henry Ford streamline care.

Reporter Annalise Frank of Crain’s Detroit Business shared news of accesso’s partnership with Henry Ford Health System to streamline patient care using The Experience Engine (TE2) platform.

Henry Ford will use TE2 to help patients interact quickly and comprehensively with providers and payment systems. The digital services will be available to patients, family and caregivers via mobile, and in some cases, wearable devices.

Some of the features provided by the partnership will include the ability for patients to list care preferences, choose services, record appointments and allow family members to dial in to appointments when consent is given. The TE2 platform will also send automatic notifications when patients have arrived, which will help Henry Ford speed up the appointment process.
