Kimberly Koester is the Chief Operating Officer at accesso, where she leads the company’s global operational strategy and execution. With more than 16 years at accesso, Kimberly brings extensive experience across client services, software engineering, product and project management, implementation, and operational transformation.
Throughout her tenure, Kimberly has built and scaled global teams, established more consistent and predictable delivery practices, and strengthened alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Client Success. She has a proven record of translating business strategy into measurable results, including improving implementation performance, increasing operational efficiency, and leading complex transformation initiatives that support accesso’s clients and long-term growth. Her experience spans the full client lifecycle, from initial implementation and stabilization through adoption and lasting value realization.
Kimberly is passionate about developing high-performing teams, simplifying complex operations, and using data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making and the client experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and is a Certified Agile VMO Practitioner.
