accesso beefs up US theme park presence with £62mln Experience Engine buy
Proactive Investors today shared news that accesso has completed a £58.8m fundraising process to pay for its newest acquisition of San-Diego-based software company The Experience Engine (TE2).
TE2 utilizes data analysis to model consumer behavior at venues before, during and after their stay, providing insights into customer journeys and shopping trends.
TE2 founder and chief executive Scott Sahadi will remain with the company and report to accesso CEO Steve Brown. Sahadi said: “We're delighted to be joining accesso, which provides a fantastic platform for us to continue our growth. Our businesses are highly complementary; both are passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences and know this is the ultimate differentiator in our industry."
