Proac­tive Investors today shared news that acces­so has com­plet­ed a £58.8m fundrais­ing process to pay for its newest acqui­si­tion of San-Diego-based soft­ware com­pa­ny The Expe­ri­ence Engine (TE2).

TE2 uti­lizes data analy­sis to mod­el con­sumer behav­ior at venues before, dur­ing and after their stay, pro­vid­ing insights into cus­tomer jour­neys and shop­ping trends. 

TE2 founder and chief exec­u­tive Scott Saha­di will remain with the com­pa­ny and report to acces­so CEO Steve Brown. Saha­di said: We’re delight­ed to be join­ing acces­so, which pro­vides a fan­tas­tic plat­form for us to con­tin­ue our growth. Our busi­ness­es are high­ly com­ple­men­tary; both are pas­sion­ate about pro­vid­ing out­stand­ing cus­tomer expe­ri­ences and know this is the ulti­mate dif­fer­en­tia­tor in our industry.”
