Experience

Joni Newkirk has more than 35 years of experience across the attractions and hospitality sectors, with particular expertise in data analytics, pricing and revenue management. Newkirk most recently served as chief executive and co-founder of Integrated Insight, a consulting firm specialising in pricing, revenue management, consumer insights and data analytics for consumer-facing service industries. She led the business from its founding in 2009 until its sale in 2026. Before that, she spent roughly two decades at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, rising to senior vice president of business insight and improvement, overseeing more than US$8 billion in revenue across Disney’s global theme parks, resorts and cruise lines.

Newkirk brings significant expertise in analytics-led decision making, monetisation strategy, guest experience optimisation and operational performance. Her appointment supports accesso’s strategic focus on expanding its intelligence and analytics capabilities for venue operators worldwide.
