Sales Director Colby Preston draws on her previous 20+ years of industry experience to help clients navigate unique challenges: “Every day, our industry faces a variety of obstacles that are completely out of our control. A waterpark may notice a large storm coming on the radar, or a museum team finds themselves suddenly short-staffed on volunteers to help interpret their exhibits. No day is the same working in leisure & entertainment...but being on the technology supplier side of things, it’s exciting to push the envelope on research & development and help our clients adopt solutions that can help them overcome unexpected challenges.”
When we asked Sales Director Nicola Liscio-Heffernan what drew her to join accesso, she quickly mentioned the team’s experience and longevity. In fact, most of our sales team have been with us for over five years! Nicola was also excited to share how our approach prioritizes partnership over hard selling: “It’s a great feeling to demo to a venue and know that – when I talk about partnership, weekly phone calls and monthly performance reviews–we deliver!”.

Do you live for fresh powder and know your après-ski from your alpine? We’re looking for a Sales Director who’s as comfortable navigating a sales pitch as they are tackling double black diamonds. This role is perfect for someone who brings both sales chops and ski industry know-how, with an edge in bilingual communication (French/English) to connect with clients on the East Coast of the US or Canada.
Are concerts, festivals, and live events practically your second home? We’re on the hunt for a Sales Director who has ticketing experience and the sales savvy to match. With three years in sales under your belt, you’ll be ready to help venues and promoters elevate the guest experience with our technology. This role will be a great fit if you’re on Pacific Standard Time, love the energy of live events, and want to work with a team that shares your excitement for the industry.
If you’ve got a thrill for theme parks, museums, and attractions, this one’s for you! We’re seeking two Sales Directors with a background in attractions and three years of sales experience to help our clients create unforgettable visitor experiences. Think of yourself as an insider to the magic behind-the-scenes, working with industry leaders to optimize the guest journey. Ideally based on PST or CST, but with a love for travel as you’ll have a front-row seat to some of the world’s most exciting attractions while building meaningful connections that take visitor experiences to the next level.
